Finding your way to yourself
Group workshops
Our 2–4 hour workshops create space for sharing experiences, mutual support and discovering new ways to care for yourself and your family. The topics are varied and respond to parents’ current needs — for example managing stress, communication in the family, setting boundaries or confidence in parenting.

Individual coaching
Individual coaching is a safe space just for you, where you can explore what you need right now without judgement, how to care for yourself better and find your inner strength. Together we work on becoming aware of your needs, setting boundaries and finding a balance between the role of a parent and your own life. Coaching helps you manage stress, build self-confidence and find concrete steps to keep caring for yourself even in demanding moments.
The introductory “zero” session is free and with no commitment.

How it works

The introductory “zero” session is free and with no commitment.
At the start, we invite you to a free introductory session – what we call a “zero” session. It's a space to meet, tune in and look at what you need right now. Together we'll find out whether coaching is the right path for you, how we can support you and how we can work together.
We then offer a package of 6 individual sessions, in which we move step by step towards a clearly defined goal. You set the goal – we accompany you with questions, safety and structure.
In coaching we draw on psychology, existential analysis and logotherapy, nonviolent communication and various techniques: imagination, relaxation, working with emotions and communication patterns.
We believe that each of us carries the answers within. Coaching questions help us discover them, name them and gradually work with them so that we feel better in our lives.
Each session lasts about 60 minutes, takes place online or in person (by agreement), and between sessions there is time to process and observe changes in everyday life.
What clients say
Thanks to coaching, I managed to identify the things in my life that weigh on me and stand in the way of a happy life. Although we didn't specify the goals in advance, it very quickly became clear where the shoe pinches. Thanks to Beáta and the mirror she held up, I became aware of certain ingrained, toxic patterns I keep repeating, and learned to look at them with some distance. I also learned to talk (not only) about myself in far more depth than I was used to — which keeps helping me in communication with those close to me, and also with colleagues.

Coaching gave me a lot. I became aware of interesting connections and rearranged them into a coherent whole. What I value most is that I notice a certain shift in my thinking. I try more to look for positive ways out of a situation and to focus on the good my actions will bring.
Veronika · 36, psychotherapist
Coaching with Beáta gave me space to reflect deeply and inwardly on the life themes that matter to me. She created space to explore them, and her questions helped me get out of dead ends. The methods she suggested for finding a new perspective and resolving my dilemmas also helped. During coaching I always felt at ease and had the sense I'd done something good for myself that moved me forward. Beáta gave me her full attention and I felt I could open up any topic without embarrassment.
Tereza · 32, lawyer
From coaching I take away a better understanding of myself. I found patterns that keep recurring in my life and that I can actively change. I'm more determined to act and to face the change ahead. Thank you, I really enjoyed it.
Petr · 28, software developer
For me, coaching was above all a process of self-discovery. It's not that I couldn't reach the goal on my own, but Beáta knows how to ask about things I wouldn't ask myself, because the answers aren't simple. That makes them all the more valuable. It helped me sort out my thoughts, set priorities and only then decide. One of those decisions was that the goal we set at the beginning shifted a lot from the one I eventually reached. What matters is that I felt comfortable in it.
